Conditional Freedom

Here in Europe we talk about freedom, but I wonder more and more often what this means. Born with rights they say, rights that can be changed by democratic system, rights you can lose. Living on a single planet, divided by owners (governments, people and companies), each having their own laws that determine your rights.

Freedom in this world is conditional based on birthplace, nationality and laws

The “corona-period”, described as the period of time with lock-downs and limitations, shows how conditional our freedom actually is. By living in a certain country you are suddenly not allowed to meet, or invite people, even in your own home.
Of course the weakest should be protected, but they also should prevent themselves, survival of the fittest is starting to be an ugly thought, is there a balance or is survival becoming absolute?

Freedom is based on the level of the public healthcare, leading to laws

Everyone deserves a spot on the planet to live their lives, as they want. This is the fairy tail of today. The reality start with earning your spot on an already divided earth, often by labor, exchanging the most valuable asset to be able to get your fairy tail in the weekends. Most participate in labor until their stock runs out.
